Last year, her then-fiancé Adam's video showing her suffering the ill effects of the drug went viral online and highlighted the dangers of drink spiking. Loren, from Eastwood, Nottinghamshire, told the BBC this week: "I got asked if I had a lighter so I looked in my bag to get one and that’s the only time I can remember possibly taking my eyes off my drink. "The next thing I can remember is waking up at 6 'clock the following morning and not … [Read more...] about Leeds Festival ‘drink spike victim’ relives horror to warn other revellers

Festival of MusicFestivals in Leeds have a long and glorious history. A pair of very popular annual music festivals in England take place in two places, Reading and Leeds. Ordinarily these festivals take place in the bank holiday weekend in August. A music festival is defined as an event with a number of music programs played through a genre. The Leeds festival is certainly more than this, with many activities going on as well as the music, including fairground rides and stalls where you can buy just about anything you might need.Initial days - predominance of Folk MusicIn earlier days the festival used to be folk based.
