The first Jaipur Foot Artificial Limb Fitment Camps were launched in two Vietnam’s northern provinces of Vinh Phuc and Phu Tho in July 2018, as part of a Vietnam – India friendship cooperation programme. Since then, the centres have helped more than 500 people with disabilities have artificial limbs to ease their difficulties. This time, the two newly-inaugurated centres in Quang Ninh and Yen Bai provinces are expected to support additional 500 people with disabilities in Vietnam.
