Bachelor of Design (Digital Media) graduate Nguyen Ngoc Thanh Tam said she initially intended to create a children’s book to honor Vietnamese culture but then realized a game could be something that could gather all family members. After 13 weeks of conceptualizing, structuring and designing, a new version of Monopoly that Tam called Tet Ta Mua was complete. After some research, Tam not only learned how to design a game that the whole family could enjoy but also studied the history of Tet culture to ensure the game is meaningful and authentic for all players. NA deputies question practice of leasing forests to foreign investors

They also discussed ways to help rice farmers earn an adequate profit during a question-and-answer session with Agriculture and Rural Development Minister Cao Duc Phat. Deputy Le Nhu Tien, central Quang Tri Province, argued that allowing foreign investors to lease 300,000ha of forest land for 50 years would do more harm than good. "Farmers lack land for both agriculture and forests and many people are unemployed," he said. "Leasing forest to foreign investors is a narrow-minded policy." Under the decree, dance halls and karaoke bars must close at 12pm, while gaming shops must close at 11pm and not open until 8am. Karaoke bars and gaming shops must be located at least 200m from schools. The decree also regulates areas, noise, light and staff for karaoke bars and dance halls.
