Vietnamese leaders seek co-operation with Hungary (17-05-2008) President Nguyen Minh Triet and his Hungarian counterpart Solyom Laszlo review the guard of honour. — VNA/VNS Photo Nguyen Khang HA NOI — Hungary formally inked a deal to set up a financial co-operation framework with Viet Nam yesterday. The pact was signed together with three other agreements in healthcare, education and tourism, and was witnessed by President Nguyen Minh Triet and his Hungarian counterpart, Solyom Laszlo. President Triet and President Laszlo, who is on a five-day official visit to Viet Nam, agreed that the signed financial agreement provided a legal corridor for the use of credit funds for bilateral development.
