Annual cost of Hà Nội traffic reaches $1.2 billion

October 26, 2018 by vietnamnews.vn

Serious traffic congestion is common in Hà Nội during peak hours. - VNA/VNS Photo Viet Nam News HÀ NỘI — Traffic congestion has cost Hà Nội between US$1 and 1.2 billion per year and has made air pollution five times worse, the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy under the Ministry of Transport said.
