Historic visit by S African ship (25-10-2008) HA NOI — A South African naval ship, the SAS Spioenkop, will visit HCM City from next Wednesday to November 5 - the first by a naval vessel from the African continent. The visit is part of a tour of Asian territorial waters by the 121-metre-long vessel. The cruise will take in Singapore, China, Malaysia and India. The decision comes after investigative reports by the media revealed that the owner of the historic villa at No 22, Hùng Vương Street, forged papers to cheat the authorities for a construction licence.
