HCM City is shifting to urban farming with a priority in high-tech agriculture, according to Nhân. He said that HCM City and New Zealand had opportunities to improve co-operation and share experiences as well as technology transfer to develop clean agriculture, and improve productivity and the value of products. The Victoria University of Wellington offers a Bachelor of Commerce degree along with the HCM City University of Economics, a Bachelor of International Relations degree with the Diplomatic Academy of Việt Nam, and a master’s degree in Teaching English to Speakers in Other Languages with the HCM City University of Pedagogy.
