To gain entry into the casino, gamblers must buy a ticket at VND1 million for 24 hours. The revenue from the fee collection will go into the budget of Kien Giang Province. Casino visitors must meet a number of conditions. Specifically, they must be 21 years old or above and have regular income of at least VND10 million a month. Oanh allegedly led a transnational drug trafficking ring from Cambodia to HCM City. The suspect, nicknamed ‘Hà’, rented a casino venue in Cambodia located a kilometre from the border with Việt Nam and opened gambling activities.
