As far as I know, HCM City is the third city, besides Hà Nộ i and Đà N ẵng, to come up with a roadmap to limit private vehicles travelling to the city centre and to areas prone to traffic congestion. According to the proposal’s first phase from now until 2020, the city will increase parking fees, restrict parking for motorbikes and impose a toll on vehicles entering the city centre. An employee of Kim Đồng said at least 200 children and teenagers come in daily, with many parking themselves there for the whole day. A woman, who declined to be named, said she brings her child there often since it has a large selection of books appropriate for all ages. The app, “Phân loại chất thải rắn tại nguồn” (Solid waste classification at source) has been created by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (DONRE) and the Việt Nam Post and Telecommunications Group. The station, which would help reduce traffic congestion at the airport, would link with Thủ Thiêm Tunnel and Long Thành Highway to also serve Long Thành Airport in the future. The station would have three floors and seven underground floors, with aviation service areas taking up 40 per cent of the space. HCM City — The HCM City People’s Committee has imposed fines on many pharmacies and health clinics for their violations of health care regulations. The city’s health inspectors fined a clinic owned by Lê Trần Thảo at 68 No37 Street in District 7 a total of VNĐ100million (US$4,314) for offering medical examinations and treatment without a medical examination licence. A pharmacy store owned by Nguyễn Tuấn Quang at 26 Nơ Trang Long Street in Bình Thạnh District was fined VNĐ46 million (US$1,984) for selling medicines of unknown origin.
