Train to Busan 2: Peninsula Is Coming Summer 2020
The upcoming Train to Busan sequel, titled Peninsula (or Bando in Korean}, has reportedly been set for a release date next summer. As the original has become one of the most popular zombie movies across the world since its initial release in 2016, it wasn't surprising when the news of a sequel was first announced last year. According to a new report from HallyuLife, a rep from the movie's distribution company NEW said they were " preparing for the market release by summer 2020, but the schedule for international release has not been decided yet." Additionally, another new report claims the movie will premiere on Aug. 12, 2020. From South Korea, Train to Busan is directed by Yeon Sang-ho and written by Park Joo-suk. Film critic and analyst movie business analyst Taran Adarsh shared the figures on Twitter.
