PM addresses 'Doing Business with Viet Nam' (17-11-2006) Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung makes the opening remarks at the Doing Business With Viet Nam 2006 Forum which was attended by more than 1,000 delegates yesterday. — VNA/VNS photo HA NOI — “The Vietnamese people, Government and business community always consider foreign investors to be an integral part of the nation's economy,” Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung told delegates yesterday at the Doing Business With Viet Nam 2006 Forum at the National Convention Centre in Ha Noi. Viet Nam pursues a consistent policy of making friends with and being a reliable partner to all nations in a sincere spirit of equal co-operation, peace and mutual benefit and development, Dung added. The one-day forum, under the theme “Viet Nam as the Newest Member of the World Trade Organisation”, was an important event within the framework of the APEC Economic Leaders Week and was aimed at enhancing trade and investment co-operation between Viet Nam and other APEC members.
